Tasks are an essential part of helping your sales team keep track up to-do items; creating tasks and following through with them will help your practice reach more potential clients and convert more deal. Tasks are a great way to guide you on your ‘to do’ list through out the day all while keeping your practice extremely organized!
Because Dewy is a CRM customized to your practice needs, we have already built in automated tasks for certain stages in your pipeline. You may see tasks such as, “follow up with client”, “call back client about consultation,” etc…these tasks are in place to help guide your sales process as you get started with Dewy. At any time, you can change these tasks and create tasks of your own. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to change the frequency of the tasks that come with your account.
Tasks can be created for each contact in your Dewy CRM that has a deal. This will keep you organized and focused when calling/following up with clients. No need to use a note pad anymore, when you can use Dewy Tasks!
Step 1: Open up your dewy account
Step 2: Select a contact with a deal that you’d like to create a task for
Step 3: Click on the deal
Step 4: On the right hand side, you will see a blue ‘Add a Task’ ← select this
Step 5: Title the task (For Example: Call back Erika about CoolSculpting)
Step 6: Select the task type: (Call, Email, Text)
Step 7: Assign a Due Date for when the task is due
Step 8: Assign a time that the task is due
Step 9: If you want to select ‘Show more options’ you can
Step 1: Open up your Dewy account
Step 2: Click on the contact/deal you want to view the task of
Step 3: Click on the task on the right hand side
Step 4: You can ‘Mark task as complete’ or ‘Delete Task’
Step 1: Open your Dewy account
Step 2: Click on your Dewy deals (4th icon on the left)
Step 3: Select the check mark icon on the right hand side above your deals
Step 4: View all tasks (Overdue, Upcoming Tasks, and Scheduled Tasks)
