The campaign tool is an awesome feature in Dewy that allows you to send out newsletters, flash sales and other marketing updates to your patients. The campaigns come with a multitude of templates to choose from, as well as an option to customize your own template from scratch! The campaign tool is easy to use and is an extremely effective marketing tool for your practice.
Step 1: Upload Content
The first step in creating a Campaign, is making sure all your photos/content you want to be in the campaign are uploaded into your account. Follow the steps below to upload content into your account.
Step 1: Open up your Dewy account
Step 2: Select ‘Campaigns’ (The envelope icon)
Step 3: Under ‘Manage’ on the left hand side, select ‘Content’ (this is where all your content that is used for your account is stored)
Step 4: Drag and drop the content from your computer into this section
Step 2: Design the Campaign
Step 1: Open up your Dewy account
Step 2: Select ‘Campaigns’ (The envelope icon)
Step 3: Select ‘Create a Campaign’ on the upper right hand side
Step 4: Enter in a Campaign Name for your Campaign
For Example: Valentines Day Special
Step 5: Under ‘Select a Campaign Type’ keep it as ‘Standard’
Step 6: Select, ‘Next’
Step 7: Select the list you’d like to send the campaign to. Most practices select, ‘All Patients’
Step 8: Select ‘Email Designer’
Step 9: Select ‘Continue’
Step 10: Select ‘Start From Scratch’
Step 11: Enter in From Name: (Your Practice), From Email (Practice Email), and Email Subject
Step 12: Select Continue

Step 14: Select ‘Next’
Step 15: Scroll down and send a test email to yourself!
Step 16: Either select ‘save and exit’ to save your campaign/work on it later and send at a later date, or select ‘Send Now’ to send the campaign out now.

Step 3: Schedule the Campaign
Step 1: At the Summary portion of your Campaign, scroll down and locate ‘Schedule’
Step 2: Select a time when you want the campaign to be sent out
Step 3: Select the toggle button so it says, ‘ON’ (it should turn green)
Step 4: Select ‘Finish’
FAQs
What happens to my campaign if I am working on it and want to finish it at a later date?
While working on your campaign, just select, ‘Save and Exit’. This will save your campaign. You can go into Campaigns at any later date and find your most recent drafts to select and continue working on.
