Use Dewy’s Facebook Lead Ads Integration to automatically capture and sync new leads from your Facebook Lead Ads into Dewy. Once connected, you can:

• Create or update Dewy leads whenever someone submits your Lead Ad form
• Store all submitted form data directly in Dewy’s contact/lead record
• Trigger Dewy workflows or automations based on new Facebook Lead Ad submissions

Before You Get Started

• You must have an active Dewy account and a Facebook Business account with Lead Ads enabled.
• You must have created the Lead Ads form and the corresponding custom fields in Dewy before linking them.
• Dewy can only map Facebook Lead Ad form fields to existing fields in Dewy — it cannot create new custom fields during integration setup.

Set Up the Facebook Lead Ads Integration

1. Access Integrations

• Log in to your Dewy dashboard
• Go to Settings → Integrations
• Search for Facebook Lead Ads and select it

2. Link Your Facebook Account

• Click “Add Account” (or “Connect”)
• You’ll be redirected to Facebook — sign in if prompted
• Select the Facebook Page(s) you want Dewy to access
• On the permissions screen, make sure you grant Dewy at least:
  • Access to leads for your Page(s)
  • Manage accounts, settings, and webhooks for the Page(s)
• Click Done to complete the Facebook connection
• Confirm the connection by clicking OK in the confirmation prompt

3. Connect Lead Ads Forms

• After connecting Facebook, you’ll return to Dewy
• Click “Add New Lead Source” (or similar button)
• In the modal:
  • Select your Facebook Lead Ads Account (this is the Facebook Page you connected)
  • Choose the specific Lead Ads form you want to sync
  • Dewy will automatically generate a source tag for this form
• Click Continue

4. Map Lead Fields

• On the field-mapping screen, map each Facebook Lead Ad field to the corresponding Dewy field
• Email is required and must be mapped
• Use Add Field to map additional form fields
• Once all fields are mapped, click Finish

How the Integration Works

• When someone submits a connected Facebook Lead Ads form, Facebook sends the lead data into Dewy in real time via webhook.
• Dewy will:
  • Create a new lead or update an existing contact based on the submitted data
  • Add tags that identify the source (e.g., form name + integration tag)
  • Make the submitted data visible right inside your lead record
  • Trigger any Dewy workflows or automations you’ve set up that are tied to Lead Ads submissions

Tags & How Dewy Labels Leads

When a lead syncs from Facebook Lead Ads to Dewy:

• Integration Tag – all leads get a tag such as: facebook‑leadads‑integration
• Form Tag – Dewy also applies a tag based on the name of the Lead Ads form you connected. Example: facebook‑leadads‑Fall_Special_2025

These tags help you segment or trigger automation within Dewy.

Best Practices After Connecting

• Set up Dewy automations to add new leads to your email list, send welcome messages, or route to sales
• Use Dewy segmentation to group leads from different Lead Ads forms
• Ensure you have matching custom fields in Dewy for every piece of data you collect from Facebook Lead Ads
