In your Dewy account, locating your Patient Contact Cards is an easy, two-step process. First, click on the Dewy logo (Located in the Top-Left Hand corner, on the blue rectangle) to navigate to your Overview and Main Menu then Click on Contacts. This will bring up a list of all the Contact Cards in your database.
There are several ways to sort Patient Contact Cards in Dewy. You can apply filters by clicking on the corresponding drop-down boxes on the right-hand side of the Navigation Bar, directly to the left of the “Search Contacts” box.
You can Immediately sort by Email (From A-to-Z or from Z-to-A) by clicking the triangle next to the “Email” category name on the navigation bar.
You can also Search for specific patients in the “Search Contacts” box based on parameters such as patient phone number, name, email address, or date created.
The Activity Timeline shows you what services or communications have involved a specific patient. The Activity Timeline is displayed on the right-hand side of each Patient Contact Card. The Activity Timeline is formally called “Recent Activities.”
The Activity Timeline allows you to see what has been happening with any and every patient in your database, allowing you to avoid common issues like double-booking, unnecessary communication double-ups, and incomplete patient onboarding.
This feature can also reduce or eliminate the time patients spend re-filling out similar new patient paperwork for multiple physicians within multi-office practices.
